Magic: The Gathering is getting more and more interested in collaborations lately, but the new team-up with Rocklove is very unique.
The racing game Midnight Club: Los Angeles is relisted on the Xbox 360 store for an unknown reason, and Rockstar Games has said nothing about it.
The PS5 hasn't had many new releases since launch, but that looks to change very soon with a duo of notable, big budget exclusive titles.

Resident Evil Re:Verse was first announced at the start of the year during the franchise’s 25th anniversary celebration with an open beta that lasted from April 7 to 10. Ultimately, the competitive multiplayer mode was slated to launch alongside the highly-anticipated Resident Evil Village, but a GameSpot report now confirms that you’ll have to wait to test your skills against other players this summer.

According to GameSpot, an email to “Resident Evil ambassadors” stated that Re:Verse is no longer slated for a May 7 release. Reasons for this sudden change as well as the new launch date remain a mystery. What we do know is that Re:Verse places teams of players in various arenas based on classic franchise locations to duke it out. Early footage showed the likes of Leon Kennedy, Jill Valentine, and the terrifying Mr. X taking to the battlefield to vanquish one another. Aside from the usual shooting mechanics, melee moves will mimic in-game combos that players have gotten accustomed to. You can watch the gameplay trailer above. Not only will iconic heroes and villains be playable, downed characters transform into powerful bioweapons which can be used against other players.

Recently, we’ve been covering and diving into a ton of Resident Evil Village content to prepare for next month. In fact, an hour long demo of the Castle and Village locations is available right now. But, if you’re too scared to wander those infested areas by yourself, you can also stay informed with Liana Ruppert's preview as well as our exclusive videos that delve into the demo's environments, the lycans, and How Capcom Is Balancing Action and Horror

Are you bummed out about the Re:Verse delay or were you planning to spend a few months with Resident Evil Village’s single-player story mode anyway?

Titanfall 2 Player Count Up By 750% On Steam

Written by

Titanfall 2 took the wall-run-and-gun formula that made the first title so special and bolstered it with deeper multiplayer customization options and a fun single-player story mode. Despite its age, the sequel has remained popular in no small part due to Apex Legends’ continuous success. When Respawn Entertainment’s surprise battle royale dropped in early 2019, fans couldn’t help but fall in love with the Titanfall universe all over again. And now that Valkyrie (the literal personification of Titanfall’s interesting pilot lore) is set to drop in Season 9, players are flocking to the classic futuristic shooter in droves once more.

Titanfall 2’s player count on Steam has skyrocketed in recent weeks. An extremely generous sale price coupled with Apex Legends teasers has pushed the FPS into the limelight. Previous Titanfall 2 sales have been nowhere near as successful. A recent roundtable event was held days before Season 9’s Valkyrie was revealed. Developers remarked that “Titanfall is a war story, Apex is life after the war; we’re trying to integrate Titanfall into that. We’re looking at what Titanfall means for this universe. It has lasting impacts that are going to become bigger and bigger.”

Javy Gwaltney loved his time with Titanfall 2 and voiced many of the same sentiments that players still share today, “In an era where it feels like the majority of shooters either have single-player or multiplayer tacked on, Titanfall 2 is the full package. The top-tier campaign has nearly perfect pacing, and the subtle revisions and additions to the multiplayer make it better than ever. For first-person shooter fans, Titanfall 2 is a must-play."

EA pledged total freedom for its many game development studios, including the Respawn teams working on the Titanfall series. While Apex Legends is still a major priority considering the fact that a mobile port is on the way and the game has surpassed a whopping 100 million players, there might just be a third Titanfall game somewhere in the foreseeable future.
