Many fans expected the Sakura and Sasuke pairing to become reality by the end of the series. However, few predicted that in the subsequent series Boruto, the two would married and have a child. This is particularly odd due to Sasuke's cold demeanor, as well as Sakura's unwillingness to be upfront with her feelings towards Sasuke.

Despite her parent's odd relationship and dynamics, their daughter Sarada has become an extremely unique character separate from her parents' shadows. While she shares many qualities from both parents in her personality, appearance, and jutsu, Sarada grew up without much knowledge of Sasuke. This makes the Uchiha traits she does share with him that much more interesting.
10 Similar: Her Uchiha Appearance
Unsurprisingly, many of the Uchiha genetic traits made their way into Sarada's appearance and overall color scheme for the Boruto series. This includes her red and black color palette, Sharingan capabilities, black hair, pale skin, and naturally dark eyes.
While the majority of the Uchiha clan appears to have many of these traits, Sarada has features specific to her father. Yet, she still maintains her own style and flair with regards to her lineage.
9 Different: Her Compassion
While Sarada and Sasuke are similar in many ways, they also have differences that establish Sarada as a unique and intricate character. One example is their difference in social interaction.
Sasuke had a nearly impossible time making or maintaining friendships throughout Naruto. Sarada, however, blossomed in the Ninja Academy. After being sent into teams, she made many friends among the new generation of Konoha ninja, like Chocho Akimichi as well as Boruto, whom she considers a best friend and rival.
8 Similar: She Speaks Her Mind
Sarada and Sasuke do differ on the frequency in which they speak, but the content is still much the same. When Sasuke does speak his mind, it is honest and to the point. Sarada expresses the same honesty with her friends and family, opting for open conversation rather than shying away from the truth. Even when she is worried about whether or not Sakura is her real mom, Sarada gets to the point and asks her mother directly. She doesn't evade difficult topics.

While Sarada is kinder and less likely to insult others with her honesty than her father, she is often quick to offer information or insight into a situation. With her high intellect and visual abilities, she doesn't hesitate to offer honest advice.
7 Different: She Dislikes Competition
Even with her mother's monster strength and father's visual abilities, Sarada doesn't take the necessary steps that would establish her to be a stand-out genin or student. In many cases, she only seeks validation from her mother and father themselves. Most forms of competition don't garner any interest from her.
This is a stark contrast from Sasuke, who constantly tried to compete with others to prove that he was the best of all ninjas. Sarada's lack of competitive spirit makes her a more supportive and likable character in many respects. It also gives her more flexibility when working with comrades.
6 Similar: Her Protective Nature
Sasuke ran away from the village as a teenager, and had questionable morals. However, he is ultimately protective of those he views as comrades, or people who are vulnerable in any way. Sarada also shares this trait, and willingly jumps into any situation in which she feels she can protect people from danger.
The Uchiha Clan is said to feel emotions stronger than any other. This carries over into their willingness to protect the ones they love from danger – even at the cost of their own wellbeing and safety.
5 Different: She's Cooperative
The near entirety of Sasuke's agenda is that he could attain his goals by himself, without the aid of the people around him. Conversely, Sarada seems to nearly always work in unison with her teammates, and regularly combines her Jutsu and combat abilities with that of her comrades.

It seems the only time Sarada appears nervous in a fight is when she is alone. This is a stark contrast from her father's fighting style and behavior. Also unlike Sasuke, Sarada seeks out help and training from others if she feels intimidated by a new style of Jutsu.
4 Similar: She's Temperamental
When many people think of a character in Naruto and Boruto with temper issues, they normally think of the other members of Team 7 before Sasuke himself. However, when frustrated or provoked, Sasuke can lose control. He sometimes exceed his own limits in rage, without consideration for the effects of his behavior. This usually comes about either at this own inability to challenge an opponent, or is directed at Naruto for one reason or another.
Naruto himself has admitted witnessing Sarada's temper is scary when she is angry. This mirrors not only Sasuke's behavior, but Sakura's legendary anger as well.
3 Different: Her Loyalty To Friends
It's easy to summarize Sasuke's behavior towards his former Konoha comrades as disloyal or unfaithful. He spent most of his time either betraying his current comrades or burning bridges with old friends. Sarada, on the other hand, is extremely cooperative with others. This extends not only in her fighting style but daily life as well, a complete opposite of the Uchiha behavior when it comes to loyalty.

Sarada is ultimately capable of forming social and familial bonds that Sasuke either didn't have the opportunity to do, or simply chose not to pursue. Even in his mature state, Sasuke is typically withdrawn from his friends and family circles. Thankfully, Sarada has chosen not to follow in his footsteps in that manner.
2 Similar: The Uchiha Gloom
The Uchiha Clan is known for many things. Part of their fame lies with their status as the broodiest clan in Naruto. Each member of the clan either has worry lines or frown lines, and they hardly express outward emotion unless securely away from prying eyes. Like her father, Sarada often exhibits this classic trait.
Additionally, the emotions Uchiha Clan Members do feel are difficult to properly emote. This leads to the many awkward encounters between Sasuke and his daughter throughout the series.
1 Different: She's Expressive
In most cases, Sarada wears her emotions on her face easily. She readily expresses the reactions to various situations and conversations happening around her. Sasuke naturally has a deadpan expression that never changes unless an extreme emotion overcomes him. This creates an odd contrast between his daughter and himself.
While Sarada openly expresses her thoughts with those around her, Sasuke must seek help from others to even grasp the basics of basic expression and communication. Much of this can be attributed Sarada's mother's influence. Sakura, after all, is emotionally expressive and open.
