A new Genshin Impact chart shows the five-star waiting list after HoYoverse confirmed the banner characters that will appear in version 4.0. The game usually features four different five-star characters in every new update, two for each banner cycle. 3.8 was the only update in the whole Sumeru arc that did not feature a new character.
