Nami is a member of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of the most crucial crewmates that Luffy has acquired over the years. She is a part of the East Blue 5, meaning she is at the core of the crew and among the most useful members of the group, although each of them is equally important to Luffy. That said, Nami is one of the first few crewmates that Luffy acquires and, for that reason, her bond with him is doubly special.
