Valheim players may have seen the impressively large 10-star troll recently, but the 100-star troll absolutely dwarfs it in comparison.

Valheim has taken the world by storm, becoming an early contender for 2021's definitive game. Influenced by a few other titles, the Viking-themed survival game has plenty for players to accomplish as they explore the world, building bases and goofing around along the way. Of course, there's also some danger to be found out in the wild. While fans may have seen Valheim's 10-star troll already, there's an even larger one to be afraid of now.

Over on Twitter, streamer Gladd shared a video of a 100-star troll, an astonishingly massive monster to see trotting through Valheim's forest. While the 10-star troll was already an impressive specimen, it's difficult to even see the top of the 100-star troll. It dwarfs the tree canopy, rising so high from the ground that its head brushes up against the clouds.

Gladd's reaction to the situation is understandable, as it's difficult to imagine taking down an enemy even remotely the size of the 100-star troll. For reference, Gladd's character is barely the height as the monster's foot. Towards the end of the clip, Gladd is up close to the creature as it walks away, giving a great look at just how large it is. Some components of the model look particularly strange due to its size, specifically where the loincloth is concerned.

The Valheim community has been comparing the 100-star troll to Attack on Titanan anime that features massive Titans for the protagonists to take down. The comparison seems apt in this circumstance, given the sheer size of the troll. Given the Valheim mods that have appeared already, an anime crossover doesn't seem out of the question at some point down the line, and it would certainly be interesting to see the game adapted for it.

Valheim is packed with enemies, so it would be interesting to see what other monsters look like with 100-star versions. Valheim's boss fights are one of the major draws of the game, so seeing massive versions of them would also be great. The community has managed to keep the game feeling fresh with impressive buildings and stunning recreations of other games' architecture, so the sky seems to be the limit.

Luckily, Valheim is still at the beginning of its lifespan. The game is still in early access, though its success has likely helped grow the pace at which it will be developed. That means more additions more quickly, and in turn, more fun community highlights like the 100-star troll.

Valheim is available now on PC.
