Disguised Toast and Valkyrae win a Valorant tournament hosted by Offline TV and Riot Games to raise charity for various causes.

Offline TV partnered with Riot Games to host a charity event in the form of a two-day Valorant tournament. As an Offline TV contest, the tourney saw the streamer group's five senior members — Scarra, Pokimane, Lilypichu, Disguised Toast, and Micheal Reeves — captain over teams composed of various other streamers that the group frequently collaborates with. By the end of the event, Team Disguised Toast, which consisted of Toast, Valkyrae, Peter Park, Natsumiii, and KristoferYee, ended up the victor.

And they pulled this off in an impressive fashion. Team Toast dominated the Valorant invitational from the very beginning, being the only team of the five to win both of their first-day games. The group only lost on the second day of the tournament to Team Lily, and even then, the game was extremely close. Team Toast then beat out Team Poki, securing a spot in the finals and a rematch against Team Lily, which started off completely one-sided.

Team Lily outplayed Team Toast the first 13 rounds of their match, securing a five-point lead over them by the time the groups switched objectives, but then the tides turned completely. After Team Lily raised their lead by yet another point, every member of Team Toast seemed to wake up and clutch every situation they needed to secure the match. They went on a nine-game win streak that not only closed the gap between them and Team Lily but also gave them the victory.

By the end of the tournament, Offline TV and Riot Games raised 70,000 dollars for charity, and coming in first place, Team Toast took the lion's share of the budget for the charity they represented — that being 28,000 dollars for the Inspiring Children Foundation. Coming in a close second, Team Lily took 21,000 dollars for Stop AAPI Hate. Meanwhile, Team Poki came in third place with 10,500 dollars for St. Jude. Team Micheal in fourth place with 4000 dollars for the ACLU Foundation, and in fifth, Team Scarra grabbed 3,500 dollars for Rise Above The Disorder.

Offline TV has promised to organize more charity events like this in the future, implying another Valorant tourney on the horizon. With that in mind, Team Lily might be able to see a rematch with Team Toast should the teams be kept the same. The teams this time around were balanced based on player skill and might be reorganized based on this same concept or just for the sake of variety.
