With the open beta of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 (2023) available for players to take part in, there is much to look forward to at full release based on early impressions. While its predecessor, Modern Warfare 2 (2022), opened up to a barrage of positive feedback during its release in October 2022, it has not fared well toward the end of its life cycle.
