The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion is a masterpiece, but many fans would agree that The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is a far better masterpiece. Skyrim builds on nearly everything that The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion established, so much so that Bethesda has released the game several times across multiple platforms. Even to this day, Skyrim is still regularly played thanks to those generational ports.
