Elio was first mentioned in an exploration mission by Herta, who revealed that he can use his power of foresight to predict fate. He's known as the founder of an organization called Stellaron Hunters, which also includes Honkai: Star Rail's Kafka, Blade, Sam, and Silver Wolf.
