Both Liam and Rocky Avildsen can be found somewhere in Genshin Impact Fontaine's map. In fact, both names can be found as powerful enemies known as Genshin Impact Local Legends. However, apart from players being able to beat them up for the shiny achievement they grant, people can also find their belongings for even more rewards. Before being able to do so, Travelers must first find their respective Treasure Maps.
