In the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games, players choose one main fighter to control, before picking two characters to back them up in the fight. These supporting combatants can throw out quick attacks and abilities when they are called in mid-match. They can also participate in a Team Ultimate Jutsu if the player has stored up enough Chakra — and so long as the group are an actual team within the series itself.
