The Game Awards 2023, as usual, has many video game fans excited. Players have long been speculating about which of 2023's many hit games will take home the coveted Game of the Year award, as well as which titles will snatch up other, smaller honors. While gamers have reason to be excited about the awards section of the event, the rest of The Game Awards could be even more interesting this year.
