PHI PHO WIRRAOR is one of two Mortal Kombat 1 Klues that can only be accessed after beating the final boss of Invasions Mode Season 2. This is because it's found behind a Locked Gate, which can only be opened with the Bloody Fangs that are dropped by Blood Thirsty Nitara upon her defeat.
