Based on what the game’s title suggests, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will feature boss fights against Flash, Green Lantern, Batman, and Superman—with Wonder Woman seemingly left out unless she becomes brainwashed later on. In fact, while she has not yet been seen with the same purple facial discolorations, it’s possible that she will eventually since it’s now been revealed that Flash starts out having escaped Brainiac, only to then become brainwashed after possibly losing a fight with an infected Green Lantern. Batman and Superman, though, are much larger enigmas.
