Fan projects are practically a staple of the FromSoftware community, ranging from the famous DSfix that made computer copies into Dark Souls 1's best version, to research projects like importing Armored Core 6 models into Elden Ring to see how large they really are. The Dark Souls trilogy, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Elden Ring, and Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon are all part of this trend, and it shows no sign of stopping.
