In the world of Naruto, every village has its respective leader, known as a Kage. The Kage are, generally speaking, the strongest shinobi of a village and, at the same time, they are responsible for governing this village, as well as protecting it. Together, the Kage of the five major villages in the Naruto world are known as the Five Kage.
