An Elden Ring player had a pretty nasty surprise when they were killed by a Lesser Mad Pumpkin Head that performed a riposte on their character and headbutted them on the ground twice. This looks to be a pretty rare combo attack, as the player never saw this move in their nearly 1,000 hours playing Elden Ring.
