Cities: Skylines 2 is a city-building game where players are able to create entire cities from scratch. This involves building homes and amenities and providing citizens with places to work. However, a big part of creating a city is building a network of roads for people to travel around. Traffic jams will infuriate people if they cannot get to and from work in a reasonable amount of time, and trouble will brew if the emergency services cannot react quickly enough to events unfolding across the city.
