Sanity in Lethal Company is a player's stat by which Ghost Girl chooses her victim. The team member with the lowest sanity level will be the only one who can see her, while the rest of the team will not be able to help in any way. The Sanity level is not displayed, so it is almost impossible to determine who from the company will be attacked by the monster.
