Fortnite players were introduced to weapon modifications at the start of Chapter 5, and it has remained in the game throughout its entirety. While some weapons already have plenty of mods when players find them, they can freely add, remove, and change them as they please, as long as they find a Mod bench and have enough gold to do so.
