Patch 5 for Baldur's Gate 3 recently dropped, and it came with a slew of exciting new character updates and endings. One of them gives several new endings for the Dark Urge, who now has the option to become the Chosen of Bhaal and defy Bhaal at the last moment by destroying the Netherbrain.
