While publisher 2K Sports and developer Visual Concepts have yet to announce WWE 2K24, expectations for it are already high. After the disastrous launch of WWE 2K20, the franchise took a hiatus, coming back stronger than ever with WWE 2K22 and then with WWE 2K23. Neither game is perfect, though, and each has laid the foundations for future features. Fans can reasonably expect WWE 2K24 to be announced at the Royal Rumble in January, but anticipation will remain high between now, then, and the full release.
