Persona 5 Royal's approach to weapons means that Persona 6 will have some interesting decisions to make when the time comes for its release. Of course, since Persona 5 Royal is the updated version of a game that upgraded a fair few things from its predecessor, it's setting a high bar in several areas. Combat is one of the areas where it differed most from the last game, and where Persona 6's most interesting choices might lie as a result. It will be interesting to see how it takes off from Persona 5's approach to fighting and weapons.
