The battle royale title also collaborated with popular fracnhises like Portal, Half-Life, and One Piece for special skins. But a Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth crossover wasn't on many fans' cards. Revealed during the most recent Game Awards live show, the newest Apex Legends skin line features skins inspired by Final Fantasy characters. The reveal also surprised many gamers who were tuned in to the broadcast.
