Hot Wheels Unleashed is revealing details about another one of its racing environments, with the latest track located in a skyscraper.

Hot Wheels Unleashed is revealing its next track today via a new gameplay trailer. The new footage gives Hot Wheels fans a good look at another of the game's massive and "beautifully detailed" environments which will be available when the game launches later this year.

The action-packed racing game based on the famous diecast Mattel toys of the same name was first revealed in an action-packed cinematic trailer back in late February. The first Hot Wheels Unleashed gameplay trailer showcased plenty of boosting, bashing, and crashing action in the Garage environment, but the latest one will take players to new heights.

The latest track revealed for Hot Wheels Unleashed is called Skyscraper, which will be one of six total "immersive" environments. The new gameplay footage shows the Skyscraper map as a half-completed floor near the top of a high-rise building, sitting atop a fluffy blanket of clouds pierced here and there by fellow skyscrapers during an idyllic sunset. Showcasing Hot Wheels' signature imaginative and colorful vehicles, the trailer shows players will be racing through and around steel beams, electric cables, and over the edge of the skyscraper itself. The Skyscraper environment will also feature an elevator shaft for reaching different floors, and appears to make use of magnetic track for inverted sections.

Hot Wheels Unleashed's first two revealed environments look fun to play, with the capacity to build custom tracks within them as an exciting prospect. While the IP's last video game presence was Forza Horizon 3's nostalgia-inducing Hot Wheels expansionUnleashed marks the first standalone title for the IP since 2013's Hot Wheels World's Best Driver. The new game comes from MotoGP, Monster Energy Supercross, and Ride developer Milestone, meaning some experienced, steady hands are behind the wheel.

Hot Wheels Unleashed launches September 30 for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
