One Piece fans have met hundreds of characters over the years. Most of these characters are pirates, but a number of them are part of the Revolutionary Army. Sabo is the army's chief of staff, and he is a very capable Haki user. He also possesses a Devil Fruit which gives him the ability to create and transform into fire. Sabo has developed relationships with several One Piece characters, but only a handful of those characters can be considered his friends.
