With the recent release of The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, more and more fans are re-watching the original Hunger Games films. Introduced in the franchise’s first installment, both Haymitch (Woody Harrelson) and Effie (Elizabeth Banks) are fan favorite characters. Although they are extremely different from one another, both characters progress so much throughout the series.
