Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's new Indigo Disk DLC has finally made it so Blastoise's Hydro Pump attack comes out of his cannons. Blastoise is easily one of the most popular and recognizable Pokemon in franchise history. Serving as the cover Pokemon for Pokemon Blue, Blastoise has been featured in almost every Pokemon game in some capacity. However, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet were initially an exception to the rule.
