Though the constraints of the canon Disney Star Wars timeline are presumably pretty tight, Respawn's Star Wars Jedi franchise has gone out of its way to forge its own path in the galaxy. With a brand new Jedi protagonist in Cal Kestis, a whole set of new, likable characters in the Mantis crew, and now two original stories set in the Star Wars universe, the Star Wars Jedi series has proved itself to be one of the best ongoing Star Wars adventures around, and fans can't wait for a continuation of that story.
