Popular YouTuber and streamer Dr Disrespect recently revealed the first look of a Fortnite skin based on his likeness, but it isn't clear whether the skin is actually a part of the game's upcoming updates. Fortnite has gained massive popularity over the years and has featured numerous collaborations and crossovers with Marvel, the NFL, Marshmello, John Wick, DC Comics, the NBA, and several other big names. Dr Disrespect appearing in the game wouldn't be surprising, but it's hard to say for sure with all the possible collaborations out there.
