Fallout 4 was released back in 2015 to generally favorable reviews. The game took a slightly different direction than the Fallout games of the past, focusing on providing a streamlined experience by condensing or simplifying various elements from previous games. Naturally, this decision led to some fans feeling as though the game was missing key features that had become staples of the franchise up to that point.
