Pokemon Scarlet and Violet's The Indigo Disk DLC has dozens of Legendary Pokemon from previous regions to encounter and catch, but this is only possible after clearing the main storyline of the Blueberry Academy-focused DLC. After rolling credits, a man in black named Snacksworth will appear at the entrance to the academy. He'll give players Treats for legendary Pokemon, but only after you complete BBQs (Blueberry Quests). For every 10 you complete, you'll get a random Treat from the NPC.
