Honkai: Star Rail has provided players with an insight into Ruan Mei's skill set and combat animations. Ruan Mei is a five-star Ice Harmony character that will make her debut in version 1.6 on December 27. She will appear in the next Honkai: Star Rail event banner featuring another top-tier unit, Dr. Ratio, who will be free to claim for a limited time.
