Cookie Run Kingdom’s Caramel Arrow Cookie is an Epic Ranged-attack cookie that leads at the front of the party. She was released in the second part of the Heroes of Dark Cacao as part of the version 2.8 update. Caramel Arrow Cookie unleashes a barrage of explosive attacks with her arrows, and her Arrows of Resolution attack has a very low cooldown wait time of ten seconds. After dealing a ranged attack, she will rush in as her arrows explode, dealing damage proportional to the enemy's Max HP, but is capped at a maximum output of 300,000. She is also immune to debuffs during her ranged attacks, making her a viable supplementary team member.
