If you visit the Rosymorn Monastery at the end of Act 1 in Baldur's Gate 3, you can get the legendary Blood of Lathander, but you will face a strong enemy on your way, the Guardian Of Faith. Although this creature is quite a tricky and powerful opponent, you must defeat it if you want to get the ceremonial items needed to access the Blood of Lathander.
