Just like LEGO Fortnite and Minecraft have their share of differences, the two titles also have some similarities. Both games see players gathering resources through exploration and fighting mobs in order to build the stuff of their dreams, such as a Death Star in LEGO Fortnite. Players can search caves for valuable items, visit multiple biomes, and boost their health with clothing or charms. Swords and bows are also the main method of offense in the two games, with shields used as a defensive tool. However, not all shared traits are good, as the two games both have the same minor inconvenience when it comes to discarding items.
