As is the case in most modern fighting games, Tekken 8 features a story mode. The Dark Awakens once again focuses on the Mishima family and the Devil gene, with players thrust into the shoes of Jin Kazama as he attempts to bring an end to his father's reign of terror. It sees the long-awaited return of Jin's mother Jun, while also shining a spotlight on Reina, who is one of three new characters introduced in Tekken 8.
