Pokemon is one of the most well-known game franchises in the world, and LEGO's own excursions into the gaming industry have yielded plenty of successes. Bringing two brands with that kind of name value together would be guaranteed to cause a stir. There is more that this prospective crossover could offer than simple name recognition, however.
