Kenjaku was quite an important character in the world of JJK and when it comes to the villains, he was quite easily one of the most iconic ones and someone to watch out for at all times. Even though he wasn't the strongest by any means, The way he conducted himself almost made it feel like he was the biggest threat in the entire series.
