Garcia’s Paean is a Liyue World Quest that was released during Version 2.7 of Genshin Impact. This quest eventually adopted a similar unlocking requirement to previous world quests, such as Gourmet Supremos, where players can only unlock the next part by completing a significant number of Daily Commissions. The downside of this quest is that it is completely up to your luck to be able to get this specific Commission.
