The Sims 4 offers players the opportunity to get their Sims part-time jobs. Sims can have up to two part-time jobs so long as their schedules do not conflict with one another. However, they cannot have a full-time and part-time job at the same time. Part-time jobs have fewer promotional opportunities and generate much less income compared to full-time jobs in The Sims 4.
