There are a tremendous variety of Pals for players to encounter throughout Palworld's Palpagos Islands. Each Pal comes with their own unique skill-set, though they can be taught and bred to learn new skills, even from different Element Types. Element Types are a categorization for each Pal, and will determine their strengths, weaknesses and Active Skills. Active Skills are the attacks used by a Pal during combat, and differ from Partner Skills, in that they do not need gear to be crafted to unlock them.
