Honkai: Star Rail's Gallagher has been revealed as a version 2.1 character who will debut in the game later next month. Version 2.1 was meant to arrive this week; however, it has been delayed by a week due to the Chinese New Year. When the update comes out, players will be rewarded with Stellar Jades.
