Some Apex Legends players are unable to play the game. Developer Respawn Entertainment has yet to resolve the problem, which appears to have been caused by PlayStation 5s prematurely downloading Apex Legends’ Season 20 update. Fortunately, there is a workaround that should get players back into the game.
