Lugia is one of the most recognizable Legendary Pokemon in the entire Pokemon franchise. The Psychic/Flying-type Pokemon was featured as the box art Legendary for Pokemon Silver and Pokemon SoulSilver, plus its variant Shadow Lugia was featured prominently in Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness on the GameCube.
