Dragon the Revolutionary, is a figure that has remained on the fringes of the main story in Eiichiro Oda's One Piece, despite having been introduced more than two decades prior. In spite of his title as the "World's Worst Criminal," Monkey D. Dragon has not been shown actively engaging in any major conflict throughout the series so far, and this has held true even for the ongoing Egghead Incident.
