As players land on and explore the Palpagos Islands to catch their first Pals in Palworld, they will notice that each Pal in the game has a series of randomly assigned passive skills that greatly improve or decrease their stats. Each Pal can have from 0-4 passive skills at any one time, with each skill being granted a tier that indicates the level of the increase (or decrease) the creature will receive.
