Up in the Yabbashah Block of Tartarus in Persona 3 Reload, you'll eventually run into the Bloody Maria Floor Boss. Alongside it will be the Executioner's Crown, adding another roadblock for you and your team members to proceed onward to the next floor in the Yabbashah Block.
