The Genius Society plays a major role in Honkai: Star Rail's lore, from the existence of Herta at the Herta Space Station to the less-good figures such as Emperor Rubert I, knowing each member of the Genius Society can reveal plenty of stories in the Honkai: Star Rail universe. For instance, it's said that Rubert is actually an inorganic life form who bears plenty of hatred towards organic life forms. He creates the Intellitron species, which is meant to be perfect as it's precise and calculated.
