Within each new Monad Door and Monad Passage you discover in Persona 3 Reload, new bosses will be presented to you with different weaknesses and resistances. Though Monad Passages are not required to continue through Tartarus, it is best to visit these to get some of the best rewards in the game, as well as some new outfits for the team.
